Oh my word, how can you grade these? I would be laughing too hard. Really, what's the rubric for this assignment?

Char Dunham

Ohhhhhhh, do these bring back memories! As I've said before, "Retirement from teaching is sa--weet!
It's perhaps not so entertaining, however.

this is the most amazing thing I've ever read. Wow. I wish I taught your class.

What's scarier is when you grade papers from seminarians that sound similar. Hmmm....

Thanks :) Fun to read.

Aubrey

Too funny. I was laughing aloud. :)

Think of this as job security. They have a lot to learn. I know I didn't have much to say when I was 15. Your teaching is valuable to them, and that's why someone is paying over $11,000 each year, totaling around $70,000 for six years of education, before they even get to college. So, it's ok. Don't jump off the bridge. They are learning, even though it doesn't seem like it. They are maturing intellectually, slowly.
