Y'all, I have no idea what happened to the photos I took of all the candy we received to review. I'm so disappointed because I had some cute ones to share and POOF - they are gone just about as fast as the candy itself is. Chocolate NEVER lasts very long at my house. Wah.
Oh who am I kidding? I'm one of the primary reasons chocolate never lasts very long at my house. True story.
Anyway, The Hershey Company wants you to know that candy isn't just for eating anymore (riiight). Well, they really know it's for eating, but they want you to know that there are other things you can do with the candy before you eat it. I think these chocolate critters are seriously cute:
There are lots of other cute candy craft ideas ready for your Valentine's Day crafty streak that is going to hit next week too!
This candy heart is really cute as well:
My candy photo had a bunch of red/pink/silver foil wrapped Hershey's kisses placed in a crystal bowl and it was really pretty when it was full (emphasis on when it was full which wasn't very long).
We went through the Kit Kat bars pretty fast as well.
Here are the top Hershey's items for 2011:
· Hershey’s Kisses Brand Milk Chocolates
· Reese’s Peanut Butter Hearts Valentine Exchange
· Hershey’s Kisses Brand Milk Chocolates Valentine Exchange
· Kit Kat Wafer Bar Valentine Exchange
· Jolly Rancher Heart-shaped Lollipops Valentine Exchange
· Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures Heart B
They are all winners around here! Thanks, Hershey's, for the treats to make our snowed-in week a little sweeter!
Disclosure: Hershey's sent me three bags of chocolates for the purpose of review. I really did take photos to show you the actual candy and those photos really did disappear. Sadness. But the chocolate...it was good. I keep a proper disclosure statement available here.
